Mark R. Bittner is the Managing Attorney of Bittner Law, LLC, a full-service solo law practice based in Cranford, New Jersey. With nearly a decade of experience in litigation and government service, Mark represents clients in civil litigation, employment disputes, municipal defense, and juvenile criminal matters.
His practice is grounded in practical advocacy, responsiveness, and a strategic, client-first approach. Mark began his legal career as a judicial law clerk and served as a prosecutor in Atlantic and Essex Counties, handling matters ranging from narcotics and robbery to sexual assault and attempted murder.
In addition to his civilian legal career, Mark serves as a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserve Judge Advocate General's Corps, bringing unique military legal expertise to his practice. He regularly assists service members and their families with estate planning, including the drafting of wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
